Body Sculpting For Seniors age 55 & above Chisel your body away with sculpt muscles and a stronger core! Improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. Victoria Swank/Sandy Steele Mon/ Fri 8:10am-9:10am  MONDAYS

Step Aerobics Step it up in this intense aerobics class. Boost your heart rate and breathing and strengthen your muscles and endurance. Barbara Boddie Tues/ Thurs 8:30am-9:30am

Quilting Bind,Block, Piece! Learn all the tips and tricks to create a finished quilt without all the frustration. This is a more advanced class in quilting. Betty Todd Wed 8:30am-12:30pm WEDNESDAYS
