Le Jardinier
151 NE 41st St
Miami, FL 33137
305-402-9060

Le Jardinier is a casually sophisticated, vegetable-forward restaurant created by longtime Joël Robuchon protégé Alain Verzeroli, who serves as Culinary Director. Le Jardinier’s menu focuses on the use of the highest quality local vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and fresh herbs—some of which will be harvested from an on-site garden—complemented by wild and sustainable fish, meat and poultry.
Papi Steak
736 1st St
Miami Beach, FL 33139
305-800-7274

The restaurant and partnership was inspired by the success of the Papi Steak found on the menu of one of Grutman’s many other restaurants, Komodo. The dish was created by Einhorn one night when opted for his steak to be made with his “secret sauce” in order to make the dish kosher, which is how Einhorn was raised, and the Papi steak was born.

Chugs
3444 Main Hwy Suite 21
Miami, FL 33133

My Name is Michael Beltran, but my friends know me as “Chug”. This is my little slice of home that I would love to share with you. So have a cortadito, a pastelito and maybe a croqueta or two. Take a seat, play dominoes, and enjoy the music. Most importantly, make yourself at home.

Guillermo

Our Concierge Guillermo was a "make it happen" kind of guy!

Vachira
Shore Club

In our 2nd day of vacation, my wife lost her phone and became very upset, due to all the valuable information plus precious family pictures. We saw Vachira at her work, and my wife spoke to her for help to use the phone to try to find hers. Vachira went more than the extra mile to help my wife to find her phone and helped her to go together to the last places my wife and I been there, she walked with her in the rain, and then got the Hotel Car to pick up the phone, she even tipped the driver on our behalf. What Vachira did is beyond what every one can do now a days to help others. God Bless her, her approach to manage the issue and her behaviour is indication of good leadership.

A big thanks to Amelia from concierge who help me to do a beautiful surprise to my wife.

Charlie Phynes Garcia
Diplomat

But what sealed the deal for me was their concierge, Charlote "Charlie". She was fabulous. Since I did book this trip last minute, I hadn't had any time to plan any activities. She was a lifesaver! Everything she recommended was great!
