Spirit Week!
Resurrection College Prep students, faculty and staff celebrated  Spirit Week from September 23-27, 2019, with our Fall Pep Rally, annual Walk-A-Thon, theme days and special activities.  Go Bandits!

In celebration of Banned Books Week we are expressing our freedom to read!

Northwest Side Hunger Walk
Sunday, September 29, 2019

The annual Northwest Side Hunger Walk is this Sunday, September 29, 2019, to raise awareness and funds in an effort to reduce hunger in the local community and throughout the world. The annual walk begins and ends at Resurrection College Prep High School, and all are welcome to participate.
Check-in begins at 1 pm and the walk steps off at 1:30 pm.

Funds raised by the walk will be donated to the following organizations: New Hope Methodist Food Pantry, which serves neighborhood residents on the northwest side Chicago; Catholic Charities, which serves the Chicagoland area; and Heifer International, which serves the international community.
No advance registration is needed and a contribution in any dollar amount is welcome.

Families are welcome to come join us! 

Congratulations Res Scholars

Resurrection College Prep High School honored the top students in each class during the all-school liturgy on Friday, September 13, 2019. The top ten students in the sophomore, junior and senior classes and the incoming freshmen with the top ten entrance exam scores were named as Res Scholars. The Class of 2023 Res Scholars were awarded the Resurrection College Prep Block Family Foundation Top Ten Tester Scholarship.

Congratulations to these students on their academic achievements!

Best Ball Scramble Golf Outing Success

The 7th annual Best Ball Scramble Golf Outing was held on Sunday, September 8, 2019, and was sponsored by the Resurrection College Prep Men's Club.  The sold-out event drew families, alumnae and community members for a great morning of golf followed by a luncheon.  Thank you to all of the organizers and volunteers who helped with the event!

Grandparents Day Dinner Success

Resurrection celebrated Grandparents' Day  with dinner, entertainment, photographs and a memorable evening on September 11, 2019.  Over 500 guests enjoyed the event and we appreciate everyone who helped make the evening a successful time for our students and grandparents!

Shadow Days give 8th grade girls a chance to spend the day with a Res student.
8th Grade Shadow Days are available on select days until early December.

Resurrection is hosting an adults-only  Sip & Paint Party  on Friday, October 25 from 6:30 to 9 pm. The cost is $35 per person and includes a ceramic plate, painting supplies and instruction by Resurrection Art Teacher Jen Salerno. A cash bar will be available with beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and water. Participants may bring their own snacks!

The Resurrection College Prep Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019, from 10 am to 4 pm.  Mark your calendar and plan to join us for this annual event with over 180 craft displays and vendors for unique gifts, seasonal decor and tasty treats.

Leave Your Legacy Campaign

Leave your legacy or honor someone you love by purchasing a commemorative brick or tree to be installed on Resurrection's front lawn Legacy Walk.  

Orders have been placed for the Fall 2019 installations of the Legacy Walk.

Place your order by November 30 to be included in the Spring 2020 installation of the Legacy Walk.  BRICKS and TREES available!
