OAK GROVE PROGRAM UPDATE
"COVID" - A New Release
Thanks to a generous sponsorship through Chase, Oak Grove's Arts & Music Program was able to produce a new video. Students write, direct, star in, and edit the videos. For the Oak Grove youth, the Arts & Music Program helps express emotions, aids in the healing process, and helps them gain confidence through their creative expression.

Congratulations to the student team that produced the 2020 "COVID"! Great job!
Celebrating the End of Summer
August marked the official end of summer for Oak Grove residential youth. To celebrate the end of the Extended School Year, residents had a summer BBQ. Later in August, residents exhibiting good behaviors and making progress in their treatment enjoyed an outdoor movie night featuring Indian in the Cupboard.

Students Return to School
wolcome_back_to_school.jpg
Oak Grove Center / Jack Weaver School & Oak Grove At The Ranch started the 20/21 school year with a Blended Instruction Model allowing for both in-person instruction and Distance Learning. Following strict safety guidelines, this Model allowed Oak Grove to provide direct, in-person instruction and specialized services to small cohorts of students 2-3 days a week. Students will be participating in Distance Learning the other 2-3 days, depending on their assigned cohort.

Oak Grove's teaching staff are excited for the beginning of the new school year! To learn more or to enroll your child, click here for more information. The Blended Model or Distance Learning only options are both available.

Thank you to our MISTT Sponsor!
MISTT recognizes youth who have made significant progress in their treatment and education.

August 2020 winners were recognized for improvement on their communication, anger management, and leadership. One young man received the Triple Threat Award, being recognized with a personalized video. Congratulations to these exceptional young men!
