It's a great day at HK. This September, we celebrate strong connections with our team, referral partners, and clients. From sponsoring events to competing in tournaments for a cause, it is important to appreciate and support one another.

We are back at it again for another year at the 7th Annual D’Ambrosio Family Foundation Golf Tournament, held at the San Jose Country Club. At the event, Office Manager Michelle Casillas and Marketing Coordinator Jerline Justo manned Hole 15 with the theme, “Love on the Rocks", providing cold beverages, classic rock music, and Pop Rocks to the golfers. The D’Ambrosio family has been long supporters and partners of HK, and we were honored to be a corporate supporter for the third consecutive year. Thank you, Laura Pesavento and Mike D'Ambrosio for hosting and preparing this event. We look forward to attending again next year!

When it comes to determination and fierce advocacy, Meghan Herning is the Hoover Krepelka Associate Attorney with the most. Prior to joining the team, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law and graduated from the Golden Gate University School of Law Honors Summer Trial and Evidence Program. Meghan has experience in litigation, trial advocacy and motion practice, and is also fluent in Spanish. She holds the skills and experience to ensure clients feel confident with their legal representation. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys traveling and while in Costa Rica, going to the feria for fresh fruit.

As Domestic Violence Awareness approaches, we want to spotlight Next Door Solutions, a non-profit organization that specializes in supporting and assisting domestic violence victims. They provide crisis and legal support, housing programs, and supportive services, such as employment programs and support groups. Next Door Solutions has the resources to help our community and assist anyone who seeks healing or finding their next step towards a new chapter.
