Well, shockingly, it will be September in a few days! Here's what's going on in the shop this month...
We are back to wearing masks in the shop for everyone. We'd like the yarn shop to be comfortable and safe for all, so, remember your mask, and we'll keep each other safe!
We also are backing off on classes a bit, and will just have a few to offer. We have a maximum of 6 people, so that we can spread out, and we will require masks to be worn. We'll also continue with private lessons, which are held either before or after shopping hours.
September is going to be a bit busy (tricky?) with those of us who work here. We have two vacations and a knee surgery (me) happening, so that's another reason to keep the classes light.
BUT, I have been ordering lots and lots of YARN!! New yarns from almost all my vendors and lots of new colors in existing yarns. Some great new models made up during all the "covid-knitting", too!
A new order of Kiriki Press embroidery samplers is due to arrive soon, and new shawl pins from Jul Designs arrived last week. September is always exciting for me. Who wouldn't be excited with big boxes of "stuff" arriving daily???
