Early Sales Success at 3Roots in Sorrento Mesa
In response to tremendous demand, the first homes at 3Roots in Sorrento Mesa were brought to market during the pre-sales launch earlier this summer. The community was developed in partnership with Lennar, Shea Homes, and California West Communities, and all three are enjoying brisk sales within their respective residential collections. Buyers can choose from thoughtfully designed attached residences and spacious single-family homes that fit a variety of lifestyles with modern architecture, open floorplans and abundant indoor/outdoor spaces. Prices range from the $600s to over $1 million. Grand opening anticipated to be in Fall 2022.
Breaking Ground on Villa Serena

Construction has begun on Villa Serena, which is National Core’s workforce housing project located in San Marcos. The project will provide 148 new, affordable apartment homes, 8 of which are to be used to house young adults currently aging out of the Foster Care system. There will be a 1,933 square foot Community Center to serve as a hub for events and services offered. Villa Serena includes 1, 2 & 3-bedroom units, and qualifying will be based on a percentage of median income. Completion is anticipated for Fall 2022.
Clarity Celebrates One-Year Anniversary
Pete Reeb, President of Clarity, is pleased to be celebrating the one-year anniversary of his market feasibility and consulting practice, Clarity Real Estate Advisors. Pete, together with his partner Adam Artunian, collaborates with home builders, land developers, private equity investors, land bankers, and property owners, to provide market guidance and feasibility evaluations for new real estate opportunities. Pete and Adam would like to thank all of their loyal clients for a busy first year. 
The Hub at Scripps Ranch Nears Completion 
Sudberry Properties has completed framing, and interior construction has commenced, at The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project on 9.52 acres, located at the gateway to Scripps Ranch at 9850 Carroll Canyon Rd., just east of Interstate 15. The Hub will feature 260 apartments and 10,700 square feet of retail/restaurant space.  Apartment leasing starts in September.

End of Summer Social Rescheduled for October 7th!

The BIA General Membership Event - End of Summer Social, an all-BIA-member event, is just around the corner and you won’t want to miss it! Over 100 people have registered and this is anticipated to be a fantastic celebration featuring food, drinks, games, guest speakers and model homes to tour as well! Be there Thursday, October 7th starting at 5:30 pm. If you previously registered, you do not need to register again (registrations for the original date carried over).
