LAB EXPORT & ONLINE LAB RESULT OPTIONS
The CSA office is now able to forward electronic lab results in a digital (.csv file) format. This means that at a glance you can view parentage results, sire &/or dam exclusions & genetic condition results all in one convenient file.
There is also a very useful option that has been added to the Online system.
It can be found under – My Herd | My Lab | My Lab Test Results
It allows the online user to Print the “Lab Result Summary” sheets for their records.
*** Note: The CSA office no longer prints/mails them to our Online members. If by chance you do not have access to a printer, please contact one of the Registry staff and we will be happy to assist you.
This new feature also allows you to view results as soon as they arrive electronically from the Lab and indicates the qualifying Sire (&/or Dam). The sort order can be changed by clicking on the desired column header. The most useful and convenient is sorting by the Received column. That way you see the results that arrived most recently.
Important Parentage Note: The column headers to be aware of are – Sireex / Sire Err (Sire Exclusion) or Damex / Dam Err (Dam Exclusion). When the value is “Y” that means we require an alternate Sire &/or Dam for the tested animal.

TOTAL HERD ENROLLMENT 2ND INSTALLMENT BILLING WILL BE INVOICED ON OCTOBER 1st
** Members with credit cards on file with CSA, THE fees will be automatically processed on your credit cards on October 1st.
** Members without credit cards on file, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Please note that in the event an enrolled cow is shipped or sold between installment billings, the second installment is still due and payable by the member who enrolled the cow. CREDIT CARD USERS
Please ensure your credit card information is current in the office. If your card expires or you change numbers, please contact the office so we can continue to process all your work with no delays. Online.Simmental.com users are required to keep a valid working credit card on file with the CSA.
E-TRANSFERS
The CSA now accepts e-transfers. For "recipient" use Canadian Simmental Association and email address bjudd@simmental.com. Once e-transfer is complete, email Barb Judd at bjudd@simmental.com with security answer and the CSA account number you want the funds deposited to.
