About Us

A Brand New Monthly Newsletter!

Dear Tenants

In a continued effort to improve communications and keep you updated as to what's happening at Walnut Creek Center, we have developed this monthly newsletter. At the moment we only have our main tenant contacts as the recipients but we hope that you will encourage all of your staff to sign themselves up so they can stay up to date with building events and information.

We need a name for this newsletter! Please send in your ideas. If we use any of your suggestions you could win an appreciation giftcard. Please send all ideas to Ann Lobo at ann.lobo@nmrk

WCC Tenant Spotlight

Bedell Frazier Investment Counselling is in the business of life. Our clients’ lives. We have been serving that mission for a long time. Since the firm’s founding, Bedell Frazier has been focused on serving its client base of families and individuals seeking financially secure future. We are SEC registered investment advisors who use financial planning to build a roadmap to guide clients through each stage of life. There is more than one road to retirement.

We are the longest standing tenant in Walnut Creek Center having started off in 100 Pringle in November 1986. Mike Frazier joined the firm in 2002. The firm officially became Bedell Frazier in 2011 and is now headquartered on the 5th floor of 200 Pringle.

The firm started as 1 in 1986 and has grown to a team of 17 today. Our hybrid workforce travels from as far away as Tracy and San Rafael to as close as Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill. We were excited earlier this year when we officially reopened our office. We get to come back to the place we love to gather and collaborate and get stuff done for our clients. We look forward to seeing more friends around the campus as they return to the office!

What do you like about being a tenant at Walnut Creek Center?

"We love the people at WCC. Marilyn and Robin especially have been rocks for us over the years. They have a true pride in the building, and it shows. Marilyn is a fan of our weekly newsletter and can be counted on for a few good replies each year!

Our team likes to work hard and play hard. You will catch us enjoying the annual holiday parties and we always were competitive in the pumpkin decorating contest in years past – with more than 1 win to our name. We love the balcony off our suite and have hosted many a client party, lunch event and some awesome BBQs on it over the years."

Last month we started a Tuesday midday yoga session in the Hub at Cal Plaza (suite 250).

It is extremely popular and tenants are coming out of the session feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

The entire space is cleared so there is plenty of room. Sign up or drop in for a self care midday break!

Mat is optional. Water is available in The Hub if you need it.

If you would like to join virtually, please CLICK HERE.

We are getting so much great feedback from tenants about enjoying the recent building events that we are going to squeeze in one more large event on October 18.

Walk on over to Cal Plaza from 4 pm to 6 pm on October 18 for some German beer, food, and live music.

Hosted by Side Gate Brewery, Slow Hand BBQ and Herb Toor Blues Band, this is an event you won't want to miss.

Walnut Creek Center is a No Smoking Facility

Just a reminder that as part of our Fitwel certification we do not allow smoking in any part of the building. This includes the 3rd floor plaza, balconies and the parking garage. Fitwel has a vision for a healthier future where every building is enhanced to support the wellbeing of its occupants and support healthy communities.

Wine Down Wednesday Success

Despite the heat, several tenants joined us for our Wine Down Wednesday event this month.

Catie from Cork it with Catie walked us through a flight of five wines including an Albarino, a Rose, Pinot Noir and a Cabernet Sauvignon.

These together with mini charcuterie cups from Brie Grazing Boards made a great end to a long hot working day.

Thank you for joining us.
