Pickleball Anyone?
Sept. 25
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Maggie Daley Tennis Courts
(NOTE NEW LOCATION)
South Loop Neighbors will host a Pickleball Clinic for beginners and advanced beginners on Sunday, Despite its funny name, pickleball is America’s fastest growing sport. Similar to tennis, it’s played on a smaller court with a solid paddle
and a plastic whiffle ball. It’s easy to learn and fun to play. The courts are at the eastern edge of Maggie Daley Park…east of the skating ribbon…east of the Cancer Survivors Park. Keep going east along the park path. The courts are just southwest of Randolph St. and Lake Shore Dr.

South Loop Neighbors will provide balls, paddles (but bring your own, if you
have one!) and instruction, as well as ice-cold soft drinks – all for free.
Rain date: Sunday, Oct. 9 from 2 – 4 pm
