Welcome to September! As summer weather transitions to fall, now is the time to look ahead to the start of the school year, changes to routines, and exploring the great outdoors as leaves change to bright fall colors.
Our staff have been busy getting ready for fall programs and we have a wide variety of topics and educational programs that we hope you will explore and sign-up to attend. With COVID-19 rates declining, we look forward to offering more in-person options in our facility. We will also be offering a number of our events as hybrid, so that individuals can attend in-person, online, or watch a recording of the presentation at a later time. Fortunately, all these options allow for individuals to learn how to improve their health in whatever way works best for them.
Please take a few minutes to explore our program offerings listed below or on our website. I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.
