Affordable Housing Project to

Begin at Riverwalk

Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation announced that the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) program has granted $41.1 million to the first phase of the "Riverwalk San Diego" project, the largest amount AHSC has awarded to a San Diego-based project to date. Phase one includes 188 affordable homes plus a centrally located MTS Green Line Trolley stop, and a new bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure along the existing San Diego River trail. Construction is expected to begin in early 2025.

Warmington Residential Sells 10 Homes in First Sales Release!

Boulevard Park in Escondido by Warmington Residential is a welcome addition to the market, selling 10 luxury three-level townhomes since releasing Phase One on September 9^th. “The demand for housing in this area is strong, and it’s a great feeling to offer this new opportunity where there clearly is a lot of interest in beautiful, well-priced new homes,” said Sylvia Rose, Sales Representative for the community.
