ANATEL will immediately enforce the provisions of Resolution 715, Art. 52, and it will not be possible to renew processes that have been suspended for more than 180 days.

• For processes already submitted: the case is being studied by the Agency and we will provide feedback soon.

• For processes not yet contracted and with certificates that have expired for more than 180 days ago, an initial certification must be contracted with the certification body.

III - the interested party makes use of the Certificate of Conformity to disclose product characteristics that have not been subject to evaluation;

IV - the interested party makes use of any form of promotional disclosure of the certification that allows third parties to be convinced that a product other than the one actually certified has been certified;

V - there is no periodic maintenance of product certification under the conditions established in this Regulation, for a period exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or until the Maintenance is determined, whichever occurs first;

VI - as determined by Anatel, when irregularities relating to the certification of the telecommunications product are verified; or,
