Thermador High-Tech Fridge Coming Soon

Thermador is excited to unveil its new line of built-in refrigeration, now available in 42” and 48” configurations for the first time. Part of the MASTERPIECE® and PROFESSIONAL COLLECTIONS, these advanced models feature two styles of ice, built-in cameras for easy grocery planning, and a versatile flex drawer that can be used for refrigeration, freezing, or soft freeze.These new additions meet the evolving demands of both builders and consumers. Juanita Galliford of BSH shared that this new product is expected to launch in an upcoming California Pacific community. 

Craig Stinger Awarded Most Valuable Team Player for Q2!

In our awards coverage from the last PPP issue, we inadvertently omitted one of the award recipients from Q2, Craig Stinger of KB Home-Coastal Division. Craig is the High-Density Superintendent overseeing the production of 70 homes at Coral Ridge & Coral Springs in Carlsbad. Craig has a strong technical foundation, allowing him the ability to remain flexible, seamlessly covering all aspects of running the community, always with the highest level of professionalism and consideration for achieving the highest customer satisfaction. Congratulations Craig! Well done! 

Three New Shops Open in The Row at Civita

Sudberry Properties welcomes three more tenants to phase one at The Row at Civita: HTB Aesthetics, La Clochette French Café & Bakery, and iNailology Spa & Bar. Jimbo’s is scheduled to open in 2026. When complete, it will have approx. 380,000 sq. ft. of retail, dining, and entertainment venues; 170,000 sq. ft. of office space; up to 735 residential units; and a 150-room hotel. 

2024 Icon Awards - Rumble in the Jungle!

The BIA Icon Awards, held on September 14 at Humphreys, was a fantastic celebration of the building industry’s finest. Emcee Raoul Martinez, Fox 5 San Diego news anchor, led an exciting evening honoring exceptional individuals and contributors. Congratulations to all the winners for their remarkable achievements!
