Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors,
Happy fall! Glad to see some rain after a dry August.
There has been some progress on the Pavilion. We had a flow test to test the water pressure for the bathrooms and sinks, and an electrician came to assess how were going to move the electrical lines. I will provide a more detailed report at the annual meeting next month.
The annual meeting will be October 23rd at Hoffmann Elementary. Bubbas 33 Alamo Ranch will be catering, there will be prizes and we will approve the annual budget at the meeting.
The Architectural Committee (ARC) worked on updating the Design Review Guidelines over the summer. Hoping to have the document back from the association attorney to be able to be sent out to residents this month or next.
The community yard sale will be October 12th and we have received permission to hang an advertisement banner for the community yard sale at the fountain, from the POA, so hopefully we have more foot traffic this time. Hoping to see lots of fellow residents at the upcoming events. Have a great week!
