Dear Prismo Metals community,
As we reach mid-September, I want to take this opportunity to provide a comprehensive update on Prismo’s progress over the past several months. I appreciate your patience and continued interest during this period of significant strategic development, and I am excited to share the news with you.
This time has been marked by a successful re-energizing of our exploration efforts and a major addition to our project portfolio. We are pleased to have recently acquired an option to the historic high-grade Silver King and Ripsey silver, gold and base metal mines in Arizona’s Copper Belt. This was a strategic decision to add an advanced-stage exploration project with near-term potential, and its acquisition was a major milestone for the company. We also welcomed a new President, Gordon Aldcorn, to the team, whose expertise will be important as we move forward.
The market's confidence in this direction has been very encouraging. We successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising a total of $1,077,500. This capital is being used to advance our new projects. As part of this plan, we have already initiated an exploration program at the Silver King mine. We are thrilled to announce that our geological team has discovered two previously undescribed mineralized veins at the site, with preliminary analysis showing the presence of silver, copper, and zinc. A first batch of samples has been sent to the lab, and we are eagerly awaiting the results.
While our immediate efforts are centered on Silver King and Ripsey, our flagship Hot Breccia copper project remains a priority for the company. We continue to pursue a 5,000-meter drilling campaign and have recently engaged Windfall Geotek to conduct an AI study. The results of this study will provide crucial information to support our ongoing discussions with potential strategic partners.
Prismo Metals is in a strong position, with new high-potential projects, a clear exploration plan, and the necessary funding to execute it. Our team is committed to delivering on this strategy.
I want to extend my sincere appreciation to all our supporters, friends, and shareholders for your continued support of Prismo Metals. We are focused on discovery and delivering value to all stakeholders. To stay informed about our projects and progress, please visit our website: www.prismometals.com and subscribe to our newsletter.

Silver King (Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)
- Exploration Underway: Prismo's team, led by Chief Exploration Officer Dr. Craig Gibson, has been on-site since early August 2025, conducting detailed mapping and sampling.
- New Veins Discovered: Exploration work has led to the identification of two previously undescribed veins with mineralogical characteristics similar to the historic Silver King mine. Preliminary analysis shows these veins contain lead, silver, copper, and zinc.
- Drilling Permits Submitted: A plan of operations for a drill program has been submitted to the Forest Service, with an initial goal of 1,000 meters of drilling. The Company anticipates permit approval in September or October 2025.
- High-Grade Potential: The Silver King mine, discovered in 1875, is known for yielding nearly 6 million ounces of silver at grades up to 61 oz/t, with some historical samples returning as high as 644 oz/t silver and 0.53 oz/t gold. There is evidence that the upper portions of the ore body remain unmined.
- Strategic Location: Silver King is located only 3 km from the Resolution Copper deposit, one of the world's largest unmined copper deposits, and 600m from the historic Magma mine, within the same host rock sequence. The project also shows potential for antimony due to the presence of freibergite.
- Funding Secured: Over $1 million in gross proceeds was raised in July 2025, primarily to fund exploration at Silver King.
Ripsey (Gold-Silver-Copper Project, Arizona, USA)
- Ongoing Exploration: Like Silver King, a detailed mapping and sampling program is underway at Ripsey.
- Historic Producer with High-Grade Assays: Ripsey is a historic gold-silver-copper producer, with sampling by Dr. Craig Gibson yielding high-grade results such as 15.9 g/t gold and 275 g/t silver over 0.75 meters, and 8.7 g/t gold, 181 g/t silver, 3% copper, and 9% zinc over 1 meter.
- Untapped Potential: No modern exploration has been conducted at Ripsey, offering significant upside.
- Patented Claims: The Ripsey mine property consists of patented claims, which could simplify future permitting processes.
Hot Breccia (Copper Project, Arizona, USA)
- AI Study by Windfall Geotek: Prismo engaged Windfall Geotek to apply its proprietary Windfall AI System. This system will integrate and analyze geophysical data, topography data, and drill hole data at the Hot Breccia copper project. The results of this study are expected by the beginning of September and will provide crucial information to support ongoing discussions with potential strategic partners.
- Refined Exploration Model: Prismo has an updated exploration model, based on geophysical data, historical exploration results, and an AI study, which provides compelling evidence for a major porphyry copper deposit at depth.
Palos Verdes (silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)
- High-Grade Potential: Previous drilling yielded outstanding results, including hole PV-23-25 with 102 g/t gold, 3,100 g/t silver, and 0.26% zinc over 0.5 meters, or 11,520 g/t silver equivalent, marking the highest-grade intercept to date at the project.
- Future Outlook: Vizsla Silver has publicly identified the Jesusita-Palos Verdes area as a significant exploration target.
