Impact Recovery Services Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

ImpacT Recovery Services in Andover, Ohio recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, marking a year of changing lives and strengthening the recovery community. The celebration was a powerful reminder of the hope and healing that recovery brings.



Guests heard heartfelt stories from past residents who are now thriving in their recovery, offering living proof of the difference ImpacT makes. The event also featured moving remarks from Ian Elliot and Christen Sonoski, who shared how the program has already supported more than 150 clients in its first year. Their vision and leadership have quickly made ImpacT a vital resource in Ashtabula County.


Christy Fisher, Director of Prevention and Community Engagement at the Ashtabula County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, was honored to attend and share local data on overdoses and recovery efforts within the county. Her remarks highlighted the importance of community partnerships and the role treatment agencies like ImpacT play in saving lives.


The anniversary celebration was not only a milestone but also a tribute to the courage of residents, the dedication of staff, and the unwavering belief that recovery is possible.
