Upcoming Events

Give your child the gift of confidence, focus, and fun! Our Beginner Karate Class, led by Sensei Dan, kicks off Monday, October 7th.

Karate helps children build strength, balance, and coordination while also teaching important life skills like discipline, respect, and perseverance. Beyond the physical benefits, karate boosts self-esteem and encourages positive social connections in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Benefits of Group Exercise

A letter from Lizzy Reinholt,

RHW Board President

Dear Friends:

We are pleased to invite you to the Rangeley Region Health & Wellness Partnership’s annual meeting, scheduled for September 18th at 5:00 p.m., to be held in the lower level of the Rangeley Wellness Pavilion. As a valued Member of the Partnership, your participation is crucial. During the meeting, we will elect new board members for the upcoming year and review a report outlining our achievements over the past year.

Our offerings continue to expand beyond our award-winning fitness center and physical therapy department. We are proud to provide a range of services, including senior support, community outreach, children’s programs, and enhanced wellness services such as massage aqua therapy. We strive to make these services accessible at no cost or significantly reduced rates through partnerships.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote, please complete and return the attached proxy. To ensure your vote is counted, proxy forms must be received by September 17th.

Thank you for your continued support of RHW and your commitment to the well-being of everyone in the Rangeley region.

Sincerely,

Lizzy Reinholt

President
