Chelsea Investment Corporation to Build Affordable Housing in Mission Valley

Chelsea Investment Corporation will construct the first affordable housing multifamily community at SDSU Mission Valley, with units reserved for families earning at or below the 30%-60% AMI levels.  Located within walking distance of Snapdragon Stadium, this 5-story building will offer a variety of units ranging from one to three bedrooms and will include many amenities. 

F&F Properties Unveils Le Jaime Apartments at Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

State and local leaders joined residents to celebrate F&F Properties latest apartment community, Le Jaime, located in Clairemont. This design-forward infill project will offer 112 units expanding San Diego’s workforce housing near transit and amenities. Built on an underutilized site, Le Jaime blends contemporary architecture with artisanal detailing and sustainable design to create a vibrant urban destination.

We are excited to announce that Tennille Yanagihara has joined New West Designs to lead their new window covering department. She is a window covering designer with 15+ years’ experience in construction and interior design, turning blank panes into bold statements. Outside of work she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling and spending time with her family.
