Welcome, Everyone

If you're reading a PTG member e-newsletter for the first time, welcome! You’re one of 280 new members that have joined since January 1. All those new faces mean new opportunities for introductions, education and sharing, which is why PTG exists. If any of you have questions or needs, please get in touch with your chapter president, Regional Vice President, or the PTG Office. We’re here to help.

112 Years of Journal Archives Now Online

A big thank you to Paul Brown, RPT who has just finished digitizing all the Journals and related publications from 1913 to 1978. Brown started this project over a decade ago and has been working on it slowly, but surely, during that time. To give you a sense of scope: Brown digitized more than 900 issues, and roughly 6486 articles, and almost 40,000 pages. The completion means members now have access to resources from the January 1913 issue of The Tuner’s Magazine through the September 2025 issue of the Piano Technicians Journal. You can view his efforts at https://my.ptg.org/journal/journal-archive
