Michael Thiele | Regenerative Ag is the Biggest Opportunity Since the Tractor
Grew up on a mixed farm and has spent 30+ years focused on the connections in food production, especially soil health. Now working with producers through Understanding Ag, he helps develop regenerative practices that rebuild soils and restore profitability. In his session, Soil Health – Working With Nature, Michael will share principles and real-world examples of how healthy soil can transform pastures and crops.
Emma Cross | The Key to Increasing Public Trust in Agriculture
She owns and operates Sundance Herefords in Tofield, Alberta, and is a strong advocate for Canadian agriculture through her work with the Canadian Cattle Association and Canadian Hereford Association. Passionate about building trust between producers and consumers, she brings both ranching experience and leadership in industry organizations. In her session, Building Trust in Agriculture – Why Relationships Matter, Emma will show why relationships not just knowledge are key to earning public trust.
