WELCOME RECEPTION FOR PASTOR MICHAEL |
Please join us after the service this Sunday, September 24, in the Fellowship Hall for the official welcoming of our new associate pastor. There will be opportunities to ask Pastor Michael about himself and to enjoy his singing of some of his Gospel Jazz repertoire, accompanied by Robert Mills. Refreshments will include our special coffee service, some vegan treats as well as cookies for the kids and young at heart!
We are excited to also host “Get to Know Pastor Michael” receptions this fall. These dessert-and-coffee receptions are an opportunity for you to meet with Michael in a small group setting and for him to get to know YOU. Five receptions are scheduled in private homes in October and November (sign up here). The combined adult Sunday school classes will host Michael at 9am on October 9 and Friendship Village will host receptions in the near future as well. (Stay tuned for those.) We are limiting attendance and more receptions may be scheduled as these slots fill up. If you have questions, email Carol Muggeridge.
