GRANDPARENTS DAY
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
We are excited to celebrate Grandparents Day on Friday.

  • Grandparents are invited to join us for the 9 AM Mass at St. Agnes. This week’s Mass will be presented by our sixth-grade class.

  • Grandparents should park in the spaces closest to St. Agnes. Handicap spaces are available directly outside the entrances of the church.

  • Students may sit with their grandparents during Mass.

  • After Mass, classes will be excused to return to school.

  • Grandparents are welcome to tour Holy Family School guided by their grandchildren. Maps will be available and Student Ambassadors will be stationed throughout the building to assist with tours.

  • Please note that there are several stairs and our building does not have an elevator.

  • Masks are required to be worn in the building.

  • Tours should conclude by 10:15 AM. Please complete this form if you would like to grant permission to allow your child to check out of school with his or her grandparent(s).

Holy Family's eighth-grade class is hosting a car wash fundraiser for graduation-related expenses on Sunday, September 26 from 11 AM - 3 PM in the school parking lot.
TAILGATE EXPERIENCE: DRIFT INN
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3 from 2-8 PM
Support Holy Family and cheer on the Green Bay Packers as they take on the Pittsburg Steelers at this Tailgate Experience at Drift Inn! Enjoy their famous chili, great food, a cash bar, a 50/50 raffle, and a chance to win Packer cornhole boards, a SmartTV, and a signed Packer item. All adults are welcome to attend, so bring your friends.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for volunteers. If you are interested in helping out (and fulfilling your family service hours), please contact the office. All volunteers must be VIRTUS trained and background checked.

VOLUNTEERING AT HOLY FAMILY
Every adult who volunteers at Holy Family is required to have a current background check on file, complete a VIRTUS training course, and sign a volunteer agreement each year. Volunteer requirements are mandated by the Diocese of Green Bay, and there are no exceptions. We strongly encourage everyone to go through the process because volunteer opportunities will come up and your name must be on our approved list prior to the event, whether it's chaperoning a field trip, selling Scrip, or helping in your child's classroom.

  • BACKGROUND CHECK Volunteers are required to provide personal references, sign a declaration form, and authorize a criminal background check (and receive a satisfactory report) Click here to complete the background check. Enter code: gbdioc04

  • All volunteers who have contact with children are required to complete VIRTUS Protecting God's Children training. Register here. The Green Bay Diocese is currently not offering in-person training, so all training is online.


Please make sure to complete and submit the contract required for BASIC key fobs. This will expedite the drop-off and pick-up process for you. BASIC is not available on Friday, September 24 due to the 11:15 AM dismissal.
SCRIP
A mesage from Scrip Coordinator Kristina Wery

Thank you to all the new and existing families that have reached out to sell scrip. I'm really hoping to fill all selling spots on a regular basis both at school and the parishes. Volunteers are so important and needed to make this program a success! If you have contacted me but haven't yet received a sign-up email, let me know and we will get you on the list right away.

There's still time to make your Kwik Trip purchases at a bonus rebate of 9%! This will end September 24th, so make sure to use your RaiseRight app to purchase physical cards or reload your existing ones.

Remember, you can purchase scrip from 3-3:20 during school days or at both St. Agnes and SEAS parishes during the weekends(as long as there are sellers). You can also send in your pink envelope on Mondays with your order delivered to your child's classroom by that Thursday. Most importantly, please use your RaiseRight app and explore all the variety of vendors, most of which can be purchased and downloaded right to your phone for immediate use! The Playstation Sony ecards have been really popular lately with families but can only be purchased through the app.
