NOTICE OF PUBLIC FORUM
Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) intends to create an Allocation Plan and, acting pursuant to Section 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, administrative rules to implement the Ohio Single Family Tax Credit. The rules will amplify R.C. 175.17. A description of items in the Allocation Plan and topics for the rules workshop for public comment may be found on OHFA’s website. The Public Forum will be held:
