Delegated Lender Trainings
Kentucky Housing Corporation's (KHC) will be hosting the following webinars for Delegated Lenders the week of September 7-11, 2020, on the new Loan Origination System (LOS), PowerLender.

It is important to note that no new reservations in PowerLender will be permitted until Monday, September 14, 2020. Every Delegated company must complete the trainings before making new reservations.

Labor Day Holiday Hours
KHC will be closed Monday, September 7, 2020, in honor of Labor Day, and will reopen at 8 a.m. ET Tuesday, September 8, 2020. There will be no loan purchases or closings for Third Party Originators on this day. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday!
