Scout News: September 5
Camporall 2019: The biggest birthday celebration of the year. October 18-20. We will be camping out on the campus of CSULB. Access to many parts of campus including the climbing wall and new shark lab. Food trucks, too! Click red button for more info.

Webelos to Scout Open House

Next week, Thursday, September 12. All Webelos and their parents are invited to this one-night event. So far 21 Scout Troops have confirmed! A great chance to visit with Scouts and Scout Leaders from many Troops in our local area. Don't miss out! More info here.  
Popcorn Just Delivered

Popcorn is here! Over 30 pallets of yummy popcorn has been delivered and ready for Scouts to sell. Parents: a really good fundraiser to earn money for dues, awards, derby races, camps and more. If your pack or troop isn't selling, you can still participate.
Path to Eagle Workshop

Saturday, Sept 7 - Scouts looking to advance to Eagle are invited to learn about application process. Helpful and informational. Workbook here. Location: Scout office from 9:00 - 10:30am. Bring notebook and pen. 
Yard Signs, Banners, & More

New for 2019! We just received 10,000 bookmarks and 10,000 stickers for you to use! We also have yard signs, and brand new flyers designs available. Put some yard signs in your front lawn, at your church, your local school. Email Henry or Liz for more info.
Training for Scout Leaders

Leader Specific Training is coming up. Pass the word on to your fellow Scout leaders who haven't completed training for their current or new position. Training also available for BALOO/Intro to Outdoor Leader Skills. 
Sea Scout Golf Tourney

September 28 - Bring your friends, family, and colleagues to Little Rec next month. Participants will only use a 7-iron club over 9 holes. More info here. Proceeds support the Long Beach Sea Scouts.
