Do you like to sing? Do you love music? Join the Choir!
Do you like to sing? Please join us for fun and music. The choir rehearses in the sanctuary on Thursday nights at 7:30pm and sings on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:00am. It's a great way to have fun, get to know people and be a part of our church community. All skill levels are welcome. If you have questions, please speak to Kenneth Griffith or any of the choir members.

Come Volunteer at The Food Project!
Saturday, September 14 - 9:15am-12:30pm
There are volunteer slots available for members of the congregation - adults and youth - at The Food Project's Lynn MA farm on the morning of Saturday, September 14. The Green Sanctuary Ministry Team has been sponsoring volunteer efforts at The Food Project every spring and fall for a number of years. It's an event that is greatly enjoyed by all! The Lynn Farm is located at the Ingalls School, 1 Collins Street Terrace, Lynn. If you're interested, please let Christina Hansen know: chansen@uucgl.org .

The Food Project's mission is to grow a thoughtful and productive community of youth and adults from diverse backgrounds who work together to build a sustainable food system. See http://thefoodproject.org/ .
Our Church Family
Church member, Kathleen Henneberry, is home recovering after several recent hospital stays. She misses seeing friends and her connections at the church and would welcome phone calls and visits to keep in touch.

We send our best wishes to her and Ed!
Courtyard/Sanctuary Window Repairs
Our window repairs continue in the sanctuary and the sun-baked courtyard. At various points in the process you may see areas boarded up, and we want to remind everyone that no one should enter the courtyard. It is a construction site and some of our windows are being stored under the tarps. Thank you for your patience!
