Banned Book Celebration at Monona Public Library!

Saturday, October 7 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Family-friendly fun! Drop in anytime from 1:00-4:00 PM. 

• Dress up as your favorite banned book character
• Activities for all ages
• Open Mic: Read from a banned book or share and personal impact story
• Win free Banned Book Con stickers and tote bags!

This event is part of Banned Books Con, a celebration of the freedom to read during Banned Books Week: October 1st-7th. This series was made possible by a collaborative grant from Beyond the Page, with the support of Madison Community Foundation and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
