Bring your Yoga mat and we will introduce you to the basic 18 exercises with class progressions of the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates- These movements train your body to move in a safer, more efficient pattern throughout your daily routine and sports activities. A benefit of Pilates is core training and to visibly see your abdominal muscles – the class is a beginner level of Pilates.

Bring yoga mat to enjoy this Yoga class held in a low light setting. Enjoy the calmness and peace of mind this atmosphere provides –Improve strength and flexibility with efficient total body stretching for all fitness levels. – leave class refreshed and revived.

Using isometric exercises while Fusing the worlds of Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, and Elements of Strengthening Exercises.
Barre delivers a results-driven workout that will sculpt your body into amazing shape. A workout that combines cardio, weights, mat work, and standing barre exercises. Resistance bands, and stability balls may also be used. This class is for all fitness levels & body types with modifications offered. Participants with shoes or without shoes & may bring own yoga mat.
