OCTOBER LITKIT
THE GREAT TEEN READ

To coincide with the September's LitKit theme The Truth is Out There, this month we will be reading Contagion by Erin Bowman.

After receiving an SOS call from a drill team on a distant plant, a small crew is dispatched to perform a search and rescue operation.

Already this crew of novices has their doubts. Why them? Why is a team drilling on an uninhabitable planet? What happened?

This only leads to more questions when they discover the remains of the current project and many dead bodies.

As the team tries to put together what happened, let's just say things are just better left buried.

DEAR YA READERS
SQUEEZY McSQUEEZY

Hello there my dearest lemony friends,

I cannot believe that summer has ended and school has started. It seems like it was just yesterday when I was celebrating the 4th of July eating a hotdog and watching the fireworks from inside the library.

I truly hope that you all enjoyed your summer and that school hasn't been too bad. Hey, if you ever need help with your school work or just want to talk, I am always here to help and listen.

So, onto the pictures.

  • Picture 1: Outside reading a book
  • Picture 2: Looking at the river.
  • Picture 3: Helping select books for the September LitKit.
  • Picture 4: Can you find me in the mess of a desk? Pam really needs to clean it. *rolls eyes*

Good luck this academic year. Can't wait to see you,

Squeezy
