Our help desk email - it-support@mentorschools.org, continues to be here to support our students and parents with IT issues. Over the last year, we have compiled the most common reasons we receive it-support emails. Some of these issues can be solved by trying one of the following:
- Restart the device
- Restart your Router (unplug for 30 seconds and plug back in)
- Keep liquids away from devices
If your child continues to have an issue with their device, please follow this step to get that fixed as soon as possible:
- K-5 Let the teacher know who will then put in a ticket (a loaner can be issued until a tech can fix the problem).
- 6-8 Take the Chromebook to the media center (a loaner can be issued until a tech can fix the problem).
- 9-12 Students should take their MacBook to the GenYes Desk in the Hub (a loaner can be issued until a tech can fix the problem).
