As we look ahead to November and Fall Summit 2020, NIA leadership has determined that for the safety of our members, NIA's Fall Summit 2020 will be held fully virtually. Fall Summit will feature the same quality education sessions, committee meetings, and networking events that you expect from NIA and that make this event a highlight each fall. We are committed to reconnecting with our members and committees in a safe environment, and we look forward to welcoming even more attendees to this virtual event. Registration is open for the full event, which is taking place over the week of November 2. Now you can learn, connect, and enjoy from your virtual office and not worry about flight delays or travel expenses! A full schedule will be available soon on NIA's website.

Associate Members, Apply by Sept. 14 to Be Eligible for NIA's Premier Industry Manufacturer Awards

Make sure you are in the running for the 3rd annual Premier Industry Manufacturer Award by turning in your free application by Sept. 14. Once you turn in your application, NIA will track your activity points to see if you earned the required level for the award.

Available exclusively to NIA Associate member companies, this program rewards Associate members for their actions. Through this program, NIA's Associate members demonstrate to their customers that they are recognized leaders. Due to the effects of COVID-19 on our in-person events and training opportunities, we have added additional point opportunities for 2020. Introduction to Mechanical Insulation, Part 1
The 2-day intro-only online course is excellent training for new employees to educate them about the mechanical insulation industry and products. Give your remote workers a new understanding of the industry in just 2 days online, Sept. 30-Oct. 1.

Certification Course, Part 2
If you are interested in becoming a Certified Insulation Inspector, the interactive class will continue with 2 more days on Oct. 6-7. This 4-day course will educate participants on how to inspect and verify that the materials and the insulation system have been installed in accordance with the mechanical insulation specifications.   
 
To become a Certified Thermal Insulation Inspector, class participants must complete both levels of the 4-day course and receive a passing grade on the final examination at the end of each level. All course materials will be shipped to class participants prior to the course start date.
