Hi there! My name is Kelsie Perryman, I was born and raised right here in Boise, Idaho and am proud to still call the Treasure Valley home. I have great understanding and knowledge of our local market being that my father has been a very successful builder in the valley since I was a little kid. Getting to shadow and work along side him while growing up instilled the love and yearning to learn more about our local real estate at a young age. A couple years ago, I decided to change career paths from the fitness industry and landed myself a career in escrow to start my own professional journey in the real estate world. I loved the experience and education I received from my time in title and escrow, however I needed to take my passion for wanting to help others to a new level by transitioning into lending. There is no other joy than knowing that I get to be the expert in helping buyers find not only their dream home, but encourage and educate them into making smart financial decisions for their future. I am committed to client satisfaction and aiding in filling the dream of becoming a homeowner. Whether you are buying, selling, investing, building or refinancing, I will be there every step of the way to make sure the process is smooth, efficient, and fun! Ensuring that you make the best choice for your future is my ultimate goal. I am devoted to my work and my clients and will provide mortgage services that exceed your expectations. I look forward to meeting you and working together

The idea of the “All Twelve Steps” Club was born in the hearts and minds of several members in twelve step recovery programs, who became tired of trying to find a central place where recovery was welcome. These members realize one simple truth, the disease recognizes no special person or group and to aid in our recovery, we all need fellowship and support.
Our Mission: To have a place where all of us will be loved, cared for and most of all accepted. We are part of this dream, to bring recovery, in all its dimensions to those who still suffer in the Treasure Valley.

Sawtooth Systems is grounded in our team's extensive knowledge and experience across multiple disciplines, including the rapidly expanding field of cyber security. Our longest-standing relationship spans the last 10 years of working with the United States Department of Defense (DoD). Our experience with the DoD includes Engineering, IT as a Service, Control Systems, Communications (satellite, radio, internet, etc), and Networks.
As our team has grown in both size and knowledge, we've made the decision to share that experience and expertise with the private sector. Cyber security is imperative for every business in today's world, but experience in the field that has been tried-and-tested is an attribute that few cyber security contractors can offer.
Sawtooth Systems requires security measures for all of our projects, which ensure that our final product meets the best practice standards of safety and security. As we have evolved, we've carried these security practices into other disciplines required by modern businesses, including App & Web Development, Graphic Design, and Innovations/Patents. Our team continues its quest for excellence in the technological field in order to provide best in class service to our customers.

The J.R. Simplot Company was started by an energetic entrepreneur in 1929, and grew from a one-man farming operation into a food and agribusiness empire.
The Company’s vertical integration – seed production, farming, fertilizer manufacturing, frozen-food processing, and food brands and distribution – has nurtured a diverse array of internal talents and resources, creating a symbiosis that few other organizations achieve. Our phosphate reserves and large land holdings are a storehouse of valuable physical resources that embody the company’s solid financial base.
The pillars of our organization – Passion for People, Spirit of Innovation, and Respect for Resources – are as relevant now as they were when young Jack Simplot began his long journey toward remarkable success.
He was an innovator from the start, but our founder’s accomplishments accelerated after creating the first commercially-viable frozen french fries in the 1940s. That momentum continues today, with technology improvements that are revolutionizing plant research and food production.
The company has invested significant resources to ensure that our operations are sustainable and environmentally friendly. J.R. always understood that most resources are finite. Our goal as a company has been to be the finest stewards possible of the air, water, land, and other resources on which we all rely.
Even though J.R. is gone, his legacy has been perpetuated by members of his family, four of whom comprise the executive committee of our board of directors. They have continued the tradition of plowing profits back into the enterprise, responsibly advancing J.R.’s lifelong mission of Bringing Earth’s Resources to Life.
Through good times and difficult times, the family has remained true to Jack’s original vision. It has enabled the J.R. Simplot Company to operate under a sound long-term strategy stretching over decades, a rare situation in today’s world of market volatility.

A Chamber Member looking for Employment:
"I am looking for a full-time job that will be in an office or somewhere that doesn't involve a lot of strenuous physical labor involved considering my physical injuries. I would love to work somewhere within the City of Caldwell or for the County if there are any jobs available.
As far as skills go, I am proficient in many different things, those include punctuality, office work, such as typing, filing, organizing, answering phones and supplying all information possible when answering questions that anyone may have. I have a considerable amount of experience in customer service and always do my best when handling difficult situations to ensure a positive outcome. I strive to think outside of the box when it comes to what I can do to improve myself in the position that I am in, as well as to provide a different perspective when it comes to office related tasks and how to go about finishing them in the most expedient and effective way possible. I always put all of myself and my passion towards what I am doing and am very receptive to coaching and feedback to ensure I am doing the best I can in any position."
