The Virtual Date with an Expert will take place on September, 17th from 1 to 4 PM, CST. This is a CVSA fundraiser with 50% of the proceeds going to the extremely important Pediatric Guidelines update project.

Our presenter was Dr. Karen Cassiday and she talked to us about coping with CVS during the COVID-19 pandemic. She had some great parenting tips as well!

We hope to provide opportunities like these once a month. In September, we will hear from Dr. Katja Kovacic. Dr. Kovacic is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Pediatric Neurogastroenterology, Motility & Autonomic Disorders Program at Medical College of Wisconsin. She serves as the Director of Pediatric GI Motility and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (CVS) programs. Through the CVS program, she evaluates complex nausea and vomiting disorders referred from across the U.S. and internationally.
