CONGRATULATIONS MARILYN!

Marilyn Quinn Anderson is an attorney at the law offices of Ronald Fatoullah & Associates, and is a member of the Estate Administration department at the firm. She has an extensive background in estate administration, planning, and litigation, as well as residential real estate transactions.

Marilyn has focused her legal career on the specialties of Trusts & Estates and Residential Real Estate. Her experience in Trusts & Estates includes providing advice to individuals regarding estate planning and the importance of advance directives, assisting executors and administrators by guiding them through a complex process during an emotionally challenging time, and representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries of estates in various contested matters before the Surrogate’s Court.

Marilyn received her Bachelor’s in Music from Adelphi University, where she was a student in the Honors College, and her Master’s in Music Education from CUNY Queens College before attending St. John’s University School of Law on the St. Thomas More Scholarship (full tuition).

While attending law school, Marilyn had the honor of serving as a legal intern for the Hon. Peter J. Kelly, Surrogate, Queens County. Marilyn graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s but not before obtaining the academic distinctions of Dean’s List for all six semesters, Dean’s Award for Excellence in Estate Administration, and Dean’s Award for Excellence in Business Organizations.

Marilyn is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Real Property sections of the New York State Bar Association, a member of the Trusts & Estates section of the Nassau County Bar Association; and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

We are so lucky to have Marilyn on our team at Ronald Fatoullah & Associates. She makes a difference each and every day to her clients.
