Sept. 7 - 10, 14 - 17 - IPAL Presents "Belles: The Reunion" - Play done in two acts and 35 phone calls. The play revisits the same six southern sisters from "Belles," but it's now 25 years later. Lives have changed, but the bonds of family remain the same. This is considered to be one of Mike Dunn's best plays. Directed by Mack Stearns. Sept. 16 - Isle of Iberia RV Resort's Goodbye Summer Event- Acadiana Hope for a Cure's 24 Karat Kids Walk for Childhood Cancer will take place from 7-9 a.m. The Pork Finger Cook Off will be from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Judging will be from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. $3 per serving. He will also lead participants on a special tour of the foundry as he discusses past and present operations.
