Ingredients

2 oz. California dry vermouth

1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 oz. simple syrup

6 oz. California sparkling wine

Lemon twist or ribbon, for garnish

Instructions

Add dry vermouth, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into 2 flute or coupe glasses. Top each with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist or ribbon.

USDA Now Accepting Applications for Available Funds to Help Cover Organic Certification Costs


The USDA's Farm Service Agency (FSA) offers the Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP), which reimburses up to 75% of organic certification costs, capped at $750 per certification category. Applications are now open, and organic producers and handlers must apply by October 31, 2024, for expenses incurred between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2024. Payments will be issued by FSA as applications are received and approved.
