Happening in Yoga Mind Li

Dear Yoga Mind Li Friends,

"There are two ways to be happychange the situation or change your mindset towards it."

According to Darwin's Origin of Species, it is not the most intellectual of the species that survives; it is not the strongest that survives; but the species that survives is the one that is able best to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself.
We are all seeing and maybe feeling an incredible push to adapt now. We are adapting the way we go to school, the way we go to work, how we parent, how we practice yoga/ exercise, and just about everything. 

While we may not want things to change, what choice do we have? Yoga Mind Li is embracing change and we invite you to come along with us in this new world.  

We are in the last week of the Jewish year! That is a good time to set goals, reflect and spend some time in a quite meditation. It's time to let go of the old and make room for the new. Time to plant seeds of blessing, health, happiness and joy.

May you all have a healthy, sweet and prosperous new Jewish year.
