Our Mission: Nurturing students who, through a discovery of academics, arts, and athletics, kindle the potential of others and better our dynamic world.

With Love, From Ms. Davis

What a wonderful start of school, can you believe it is already the start of our second month together? Your children have acclimated well to the newness of a new year, and we are filling our days with the most of each moment. We are already making things better together.

We will continue to build rich experiences based on the four goals of our school. A commitment to academic excellence, fitness and wellness, character development, and arts integration sets our days apart from those at other local schools. Look for ways your child is growing in each of these areas throughout the year.

Our PTO fundraiser is off to a strong start! You may have heard “Sell 16, Dunk the Queen” just like I do all day long! Your shared investment in our campus brings great pride. Your FUNdraising dollars invest in teacher support, arts integration, campus upgrades, and more. We absolutely could not maintain our level of programming without you linking arms in support of our mission. We are making progress in our construction project. I appreciate you, and I surely mean it.

Thank you for all that you do for Madison Station and thank you for the trust you share in our care.

All my love,

Mrs. Davis

We Are Better Together

Elizabeth Ford, PTO President

We are off to a wonderful start at MSE, and I’m so excited for all that this school year holds!

One of the simplest ways to support our school is by joining the PTO. We have 695 families at MSE, and we would LOVE to see every family become a member this year!

Memberships start at just $25, and every dollar goes directly back into our school. Whether you’re able to volunteer throughout the year or support us through your membership, everyone has a place in our PTO community.

Our Fall Fundraiser is officially underway! Thank you to everyone who has already donated, shared, and helped us get off to a great start. Your support allows us to continue investing in the students, staff, programs, and campus that make MSE so special.

A huge thank you to our PTO committees and volunteers who have already been hard at work behind the scenes. So much of what we do is possible because of you!

And mark your calendars for MSE Night in the Jungle on September 18th! I hope to see all of our MSE families there for a fun night together! Wear your STATION shirt. We have some left if you still need to order.

Every family matters, every membership makes a difference, and every helping hand adds up. We truly are better together.

New Club Alert!

This year, our 5th graders were offered a new club:

Garden and Glove. Students have spent their time cleaning up our school garden, learning about soil and compost and prepping for Fall planting!

We can’t wait to see what they harvest.

Our 2026 FUNdraiser is well underway!

Thank you to our MSE families and supporters for making this year’s fundraiser a success!

1st Grade Spotlight

From learning new routines to making new friends, August was filled with growth, creativity, and excitement in first grade.

We focused on building strong classroom communities by practicing kindness and teamwork, developing routines that help our classrooms run smoothly, and learning that we can truly make things better when we are together.

Our young learners have also been busy exploring their creativity through Henri Matisse-inspired art, using colorful shapes and bold designs to create artwork that is uniquely their own. We can't wait to see all that we can accomplish together this year!

Meet Our Featured Artist of The Month: Krista Randall

Our September artist is our very own nurse, Krista Randall! Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, Krista started nursing in 1995 and found both love and art in Mississippi. While she considered herself more of a doodler, a casual art class turned her into a dedicated artist who enjoys custom paintings and recycling old artworks into something new and exciting.
