Welcome back for another fun and exciting fall sports season at Town & Country! I hope you and your family had a safe and enjoyable summer.

It was wonderful to see so many of you at our annual Labor Day Family Fun Day. Thank you to everyone who participated and volunteered—you helped make this year’s event another big success!

Most of our sports kicked off their seasons on September 6th, and it was great to have all the kids and their families back on campus. I hope your team is off to a strong start and that you have an amazing fall season ahead.

We’re also looking forward to several exciting events coming up this fall:

• “Help Every Kid Play” Golf Tournament – Our biggest scholarship fundraiser of the year is just around the corner on September 29th. It’s always a fun day and for a great cause, so if you haven’t signed up yet, don’t wait!
• 3rd Annual “Trunk or Treat” – Join us in October for this fun, family-friendly event that’s quickly becoming a T&C favorite.
• 4th Annual Turkey Trot Family Run – A great way to kick off the Thanksgiving season, this event is scheduled for November.

There’s always a lot happening at T&C beyond games and practices! Be sure to check our website regularly, follow us on social media, and read your newsletters for updates on spring registration, upcoming special events, and everything else going on at T&C through the rest of 2025.

Know someone with dusty clubs or a love for plaid pants? Get them on the course for a great cause! Join us for a fun day of golf supporting our T&C scholarship fund, helping kids play sports regardless of financial need. $150 per player ($60 is tax-deductible). Register solo, with a friend, or as a four person scramble—we’ll make it work! If you cannot attend but still want to support our cause, please pass this along to your friends and family who make be interested.

A Huge Thank You to Everyone Who Joined Us on Labor Day! We had an incredible time celebrating our 4th Annual Labor Day Family Fun Day and Fun Run with all of you! It was a picture-perfect day filled with laughter, play, and connection among friends, family, neighbors, and our amazing T&C community.

The festivities kicked off with our exciting Fun Run and rolled right into a full day of activities—inflatable soccer darts, frisbee, cornhole, wiffle ball, obstacle courses, flag football, lacrosse, futsal, and more! A special highlight was a visit from the Jollyville Fire Department, who cooled everyone off with a fun hose-down and gave us a close-up look at their fire truck!

We’re especially grateful to our Optimist Club board and members for firing up the grill and serving delicious hot dogs and refreshing lemonade.

A big shoutout to our generous sponsors—Planet Fitness (Platinum) and Kona Ice (Gold)—for helping make the day extra special.

Thank you for making this year’s event such a success. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Here are some snapshots from Town & Country’s First Ever Kickball Clinic!

We kicked off our inaugural kickball season in style — over 20 enthusiastic kids showed up for our very first kickball clinic, filling T&C with energy, laughter, and extremely high kicks. 

The fun doesn’t stop here! Our Kickball season continues for kids ages 5-12 on Sunday afternoons, 3:30 pm–4:45 pm, at T&C Field 9. Want to get in on the action? Head to our website to learn more or to register your player today. Let’s keep the momentum going—see you on the field!

The fall season has officially kicked off at T&C. It’s great to see all the smiley faces at the fields on a weekend. A huge THANK YOU to our volunteer parent coaches who are making the Recreational program a huge success, creating a positive atmosphere for the children.

We are excited to announce that we are back to pre-covid registration highs of 1600+ players competing across 3 distinct programs; Recreational, Academy & Select. Our in-house programs have seen tremendous growth these past few seasons and our new ECNL RL STXCL teams are competing superbly in their respective divisions.

This fall we have also added a community based semi-pro soccer team competing in the UPSL, the ATX Blues. Keep an eye out for their home games on T&C Field 22, we are looking for support from the club and community for this team, a team that all T&C players can aspire to play for. We plan on adding a WPSL team in the future also. It’s a great time to be playing soccer at T&C!

Parking Reminder for T&C Families and Guests

With all the fun and excitement happening at T&C, we want to remind everyone that parking can sometimes be limited, especially on Saturdays around Morris Road and the Morris parking lot.

If your game is not scheduled on one of the 30 fields near Morris Road, we encourage you to park in the Briarwick or Meadowheath parking lots instead. For example if you have a game scheduled on fields 3, 4, 5 or 6 please park in one of the other lots.

For the safety of all players and guests, and to keep traffic flowing smoothly, please do not park along Morris Road. It quickly becomes congested, causing backups and delays.
