Ozempic and Mounjaro
Ozempic and Mounjaro are drugs used to treat adult type 2 diabetes patients. Unfortunately, these diabetes drugs have been prescribed "off-label" as weight loss drugs and are now linked to many thousands of adverse events.

Recently, Ozempic and Mounjaro have been linked to a serious medical condition called gastroparesis or stomach paralysis. Other notable medical problems include thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, vision changes, kidney failure, gallbladder issues and cancer.

The jury held both the corporation and the franchise responsible for not adequately cautioning about potential injuries caused by the hot nuggets distributed at the drive-thru.
