Rays Stadium Deal Approved

A deal that will bring a new Rays stadium and development to Tampa was sealed on Friday with a 5-2 vote by the Hillsborough County Commission. The Westshore Alliance spoke in support of the Rays proposal at the County Commission and Tampa City Council last Thursday. MORE

World Photography Day Photo Contest – Winners Announced

1^st Place: Resident Owl by Toby Hart

2^nd Place: Geometric Journey by Matt Hiatt

3^rd Place: Sunset Cloud Cypress Point Park by Mark Shellbarger

The three winning images and contest finalists will be displayed at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel from September 8 - 30 and will then move to International Plaza and Bay Street for the month of October. Plan to stop by these locations this fall to see these award winning images in person and celebrate our local creativity!

World Car Free Day 2026 weeks away
