Logistics company, Spot, moving to MetWest III

Logistics company Spot will lease the fifth floor of MetWest III or 26,000 square feet. It can hold 245 people, which Spot said it plans to hire over the next three years. PricewaterhouseCoopers previously occupied the space. Sales, logistics and technology positions will be the company's top priority. Spot also has offices in Indianapolis, Tempe, Arizona, and Charlotte, North Carolina. MORE

New Committee Opportunity

The Westshore Alliance will be forming a Public Art Committee to fund and place more banners, murals, sculptures, and street art in the Westshore District. Previously, the Alliance has supported art installations on light poles, the Kinetic Ring gateway sculpture at the corner of Kennedy Blvd. and Memorial Hwy., and a street art project in 2020. Please email Director of Marketing and Communications, Ailsa Hendry Hudson, if you are interested in participating in the committee.
