Dr. Vanaja Reddy, Yogini our beloved teacher is coming to Northern Virginia from Hyderabad, India on Sunday Sept 15th for a Meet & Greet/Welcome Celebration for her return. Dr. Reddy (Yogini) is an amazing Yogic Master with over 25 years experience teaching yoga, leading puja's, private chakra balancing that gets to the root of the spiritual and emotional cause. With hundreds of clients over the years experiencing lasting results with her gentle yet strong guidance using ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. She one of the first teachers I have met in person who stayed many weeks isolated in a cave high in the Himalayas practicing advanced techniques to elevate her consciousness to help the world, working with a wise sage from that region, who taught her austere auspicious practices, that allows her to hold space and transform lives of those who have been drawn to her private healing's and puja's.

More About Sarada Chiruvolu
No one can give you Enlightenment. Only you can give that to yourself.
You are cordially invited to a workshop that will be conducted by Sarada Chiruvolu and hosted by Network of Light. Sarada, is the author of a book called "Home at Last: A Journey to Higher Consciousness" which is published nationwide by White Cloud Press.
She currently lives in New Jersey and travels around the United States, inspiring and sharing spiritual tools with those interested in realizing their full potential. She is simple, friendly, and easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable and willing to share as much as needed to help all individuals on their spiritual path.
She will share her journey in seeking enlightened consciousness through the discipline of meditation, a journey which she pursued while grounded in work, family and her community, and how that inner energy and realization has become integrated with her life. After the talk she will have question and answer session.
She will also conduct meditation and offer useful tips on how to prepare the body and mind to experience deeper levels of meditation leading ultimately to enlightenment. Her book gives stepping stones and describes various techniques and tools, which benefits the reader. The book will be available for those interested in getting a copy.
