The children are back in school and life returns with some order to it!  Even those of us who do not have children in school, September marks the calendar as a time to get organized again.  It also signifies that summer is over, to our dismay.  Enjoy the Fall as you reorganize and prepare for winter.  It is also important to make plans to attend and/or vendor at the Fall Aging Conference, which
falls on Thursday, October 26, 2017.  SEE YOU
     THERE!

Linda Debner
Summer ended with a bang this year and I, for one, feel blessed I don't live in Florida or Texas! Let's keep in mind the tragedy these two hurricanes have caused and the number of lives that were lost, or changed forever!  If possible, think of some way you can help those who did live through these storms.  I know the Red Cross can use donations and there is a great need for volunteers.  It isn't easy to pack up and leave to go volunteer, but any donation can help.

The Fall Aging Conference is just around the corner, Thursday, October 26, 2017. Registration is open and a few sponsor tables are available.  The line-up of speakers is great, as always.  You can go to the MASWA website and follow the directions to register,  or to the website www. fallagingconference.co m.  This event not only provides great educational offerings, but also provides an opportunity to re-connect with old friends and colleagues!  It is always a memorable event, and I'll look forward to seeing you there.
