Yoga & Meditation for Children
Mondays, September 9-30, 4:00-4:45 PM
Four week series: $35
Single Class: $10

Children will be introduced to yoga and meditation in an age-appropriate manner, incorporating play, dance and song. Children will be encouraged to find their own voices and develop leadership as they create poses, collaborate and help direct other children through poses.

Parents are welcome to participate if desired, or sit and watch with other children. Private waiting rooms are also available.

Sipra Pimputkar has taught yoga to adults and children in Columbus for thirty-five years and is excited to share this experience with your child.

Open to children ages 6 to 12. Questions? Don't hesitate to ask!

Support Yoga-Well-Being on Patreon
We know many of you enjoy reading the thoughts sipra shares in our newsletter, including people who can't make it to the studio for one reason or another. If this content is valuable for you and you'd like a way to support the studio, we're happy to announce our new Patreon account. Patreon makes it easy to support creators with recurring payments of your choice – as little as $1 a month.

Currently, we post sipra's commentary on one verse of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras on Mondays and Fridays and a wellness tip on Wednesdays. This is an experiment and a work in progress. Let us know what kinds of content you'd like to see.

Supporting YWB on Patreon is entirely optional but very much appreciated.
