This month we feature our portable valve test unit!

This is a Portable Service Set with Universal Test Device to verify the functionality of both

Servo & Proportional Hydraulic Valves with & without Integrated Electronics.

This unit is suitable for the control & functional testing of valves with operating voltages:

+/- 15V or 24 V. 

Optional Control Modes:

-10V to +10V

-2V to +2V

0v to 10V

-10mA to +10mA

-2mA to +2mA

0mA to 10mA

4 mA to 20 mA

10mA to 14mA

-20mA to +20 mA

This flexible testing unit simplifies commissioning & troubleshooting with 6+PE connectors used by Bosch-Rexroth, Parker, Moog, Atos and many others. 

It has an intuitive, simple & comfortable interface with a bright LED display and LED indicators for comfortable operation in any light conditions. 

The device keeps its current settings after switching off and monitors the voltage of the power supply. It has reverse polarity, overload & short-circuit protections and he case is IP67 ingress protection rated.



A customer was in an urgent need to repair his A4VG250 Bosch/Rexroth unit. This is a large 250cc/rev piston pump, whose repair parts are typically not easy to find. We had the parts in stock, quoted the repair, and had it back to the customer in three days time...
