At NOVA, we believe that creating safe and caring communities is key to reducing crime and the impact of victimization. NOVA’s prevention education efforts seek to promote and support a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness. The goal of Upstander Day is to promote and celebrate our community Upstanders!

WHAT IS AN UPSTANDER? An Upstander is anyone who is aware of injustice or bullying behavior and safely steps in to help. Anyone of any age can be an Upstander!

Join us on Sunday, September 29 from 11 AM - 3 PM at Bucks County Community College, Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks for games, crafts, entertainment, first responders, food trucks, and more! Don't miss out on entering to win one of our amazing door prizes, including an Xbox!

And don't forget to nominate someone you know to be honored at the event during our Upstander Awards! Five winners will receive a gift certificate and the nominators of the winners will also receive a gift certificate!
