Global Corner:
Greece's Golden Visa
|
Greece is an attractive tourist destination, popular for its warm weather and rich history. It is also an attractive option for investment properties, with affordable pricing compared to the rest of Europe and impressive rental yields of up to 10% according to immigrantinvest.com.
Another benefit to buying in Greece is that an investment of 250,000€ (US $268,296.25) will allow you to obtain a Golden Visa which affords you permanent residency as well as other benefits without having to reside in Greece.
If you are interested in investing in Greece, or elsewhere, I can help you find a real estate agent who is the expert in that area!

Ingredients:
- 6 thick-cut bacon slices, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c mayonnaise
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pickled jalapeños
- 2 large fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (about ½ cup), divided
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 6 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 ½ cups), divided
- 6 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded (about 1 ½ cups), divided

- Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart baking dish greased with cooking spray or a medium cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cheeses, bacon, and fresh jalapeños.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden, about 20 minutes.
