School is back. All the summer routines have disappeared and here we are preparing for the Center's October events. Time flies by and hopefully our lives are growing in a deeper awareness of God's love.
As Franciscans, October is always a special month. We celebrate the
Transitus of St. Francis on October 3, 2017 at 7 PM. Then on October 4, 2017 we will celebrate the Feast of St. Francis with a 7PM liturgy. If you are able to join us for the Transitus or the Liturgy please notify the receptionist at our motherhouse at 610-459-4125. This helps us make sure we have enough copies of the program.
Our hope is that you can find some program in our October Offerings that will open your heart in a deeper way.
I leave you with the Blessing of St. Francis: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He show His face to you and have mercy. May He turn His countenance to you and give you peace.

If you ever wanted to take a small group (not more than 6) away to a quiet space surrounded by woods for a nice retreat experience you might want to explore Clare House. It's a little farm house in the woods that is part of our Spiritual Center. There are stairs so it is not handicap accessible.
